By using EpiSense, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Use of Software

EpiSense is an educational and research tool. It is provided "as is" and "as available." You are granted a free, non-exclusive license to use the software for personal, academic, or professional research purposes.

3. Accuracy & Disclaimer

While we strive for high precision, the results generated by EpiSense (calculations, statistical tests, models) should always be verified against standard epidemiological textbooks and established peer-reviewed methods. The developer is not liable for any research decisions or medical conclusions made based on this software.

4. User Responsibility

Data Privacy: You are responsible for ensuring that any data you collect using this tool complies with your institutional Ethics Committee (IRB) guidelines and local laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, DPDP Act).
Google Credentials: When setting up Google API integration, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Client ID and API credentials.

5. Service Limitations

EpiSense acts as a bridge between your browser and Google Services. We are not responsible for downtimes or modifications to the Google Sheets or Google Drive APIs that may affect the application's functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and branding of EpiSense are the property of Dr. Arkaprabha Sau. You may not sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the software itself.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
